When do you charge my credit card for purchases?

CREDIT CARD POLICY
All orders are charged soon after they are received, regardless of shipping date. We do this to prevent overdrafts on your account, and to minimize lost time and costs in the case of insufficient funds. All cards are processed manually.

 
What do you mean by "Turquoise stones may slightly vary"?

Often times a piece of Native American jewelry is a hand made, one of a kind piece. Normally, we shoot a photo of a product to show the design of the piece and serve as a representation of the one of a kind piece of hand made jewelry you'll receive. No two Turquoise stones are ever exactly the same so the matrix and/ or shape of the Turquoise stone may be just a little bit different.

What is the matrix in the Turquoise? 

The natural streaks, lines, and markings that you see in a Turquoise stone is often referred to as its matrix.
 

How do I know if my piece is truly Native American made? 

All jewelry and other items that we can absolutely one hundred percent guarantee is Indian made will come with a 'Certificate of Authenticity' saying so.
 

When can I expect to receive my order? 

Most orders will arrive at their respective destinations seven to ten business days after the order has been placed. Orders made on the weekend, expect it seven to ten days starting on the following Monday. Please allow a little more time for custom made items
